Join our tutor Maxine's Cakes and learn her no fail cake recipe and procedures including:

• how do you bake your cake and what are the best practices
• how to achieve a great tasting fruit cake that will last

Maxine will use a recipe that has been past down from her Grandmother and has been in the family for many years
