Introduction to Cake Decorating (1)

This workshop is ideal for beginners or as a refresher for those with some experience. Have fun while gaining the knowledge and skills to decorate cakes using butter cream and sugar paste while learning the following:

· Introduction to cake covering

· The colouring of sugar paste

· How to prepare butter cream and use

simple piping strokes

· Simple cake toppers

· How to sell your cakes
