This workshop introduces you to the art of baking & cake decorating and will:

Build your confidence by preparing delicious Cakes

Work out what went wrong with your cake?

Teach you about kitchen / food hygiene

Introduction to cake covering

The colouring of sugar paste

How to prepare butter cream and use simple piping strokes

Simple cake toppers

How to sell your cakes
